I’m a UX/UI designer with a focus on creating clear and user-friendly digital experiences. Growing up in South Korea and moving abroad at 19 gave me firsthand experience navigating new environments, which taught me to adapt quickly and approach problems with empathy.
Being bilingual in Korean and English has shaped my understanding of how people from different cultural backgrounds perceive information. This perspective informs my design process, helping me prioritise clarity, usability, and inclusive experiences in every project.
This project focused on making a healthcare app more accessible and user-friendly for people of varied ages, backgrounds, and stress levels. By simplifying the Home screen, prioritising key sections, adding visual cues, and including search and support features, the redesign reduced cognitive load and improved usability while keeping familiar workflows intact.
